We are located at 10475 48th Avenue in Allendale, Michigan near Grand Valley State University. You will find us about one mile south of Lake Michigan Drive right next to Copper Beech Townhomes.

- All of our units have overhead doors for your convenience.
- Our arrangement is that you provide your own lock and key for the door.
- All units require a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent.
- We offer month-to-month leases, making it convenient for you to decide how long you want to stay.
- All rents are due on the first day of each month with the rent for the first month being prorated.
